Journal Your Way

We're Shannon and John Carey, a family-owned, woman-owned small business right here in Jefferson City, Missouri. We started Journal Your Way because we believe in the simple, grounding magic of putting "pen to paper" — and because we know exactly how hard it can be to disconnect from technology these days.

Here's the thing we want you to know before you dive in: there's no single "right" way to journal. Maybe you're a bullet journal person with color-coded tabs and a system for everything. Maybe you're happiest elbow-deep in washi tape and stickers, building junk journal pages. Maybe you just want a good pen, some markers and paints, a blank notebook, and twenty quiet minutes to yourself. All of it counts. All of it is welcome here — that's where our name comes from.

That's why you'll find everything from journals, pens, and pencils to watercolors, stamps, inks, adhesives, and all the little tools that make this hobby so satisfying — sourced from brands we trust and use ourselves. We're a brand-new shop, so we're stocking up little by little. If you don't see something you're looking for, just tell us — chances are good we can track it down for you.

Take your time, look around, and we hope you find your way back to paper.
